Anybody Angry?

Anybody Angry?

Nowadays it appears that almost everybody's angry. Angry at husbands, angry at wives, angry at children, angry at employers, and angry at employees, angry at the government, angry at mom, angry at dad, angry at siblings, and you maybe even be angry with your self!

New Living Translation

And "don't sin by letting anger control you." Don't let the sun go down while you are still angry,

Here our (Lifeskills) moment:

Anger is complex and can be confusing.  We are often taught as children that nice little boys and girls don't get angry.  The truth is that anger is normal and appropriate.  Anger is a source of discovery.  It lets us know that something is going on that isn't right.  When we can learn to trust our feelings, we can use anger assertively and get our needs met.  When we are careful not to turn anger inward or use it aggressively, anger is a gift.  You can learn skills that will take you to the source of your anger and work it out!
